DAY ONE:

Open to New Possibilities

Hello Beautiful Being!

I’m so happy to be able to connect with you this way! This is a week of opening to new possibilities.

We’ll dedicate every day this week to opening to new insights, new ideas, and new discoveries, broadening your inner landscape to include a wealth of magical possibilities you haven’t known until now.

As we do that, we’ll also expand and strengthen your inner landscape so you can step into beautiful new possibilities with a sense of wholeness and power.

We’ll start by creating space today for new inspiration to enter.

It’s easy to develop a kind of tunnel vision, as we go through life. We tend to stay focused on the same old things, things we think we have to do in order to have the life we dream of.

But there are so many more possibilities out there! And the more possibilities that you are open to, the more easily your life can be improved, uplifted, and transformed.

Today we’re going to relax any rigid thought-patterns you may have concerning what is possible for you, and I’ll show you how to open your mind to allow your good to come to you in more and more ways.

To start, think of something that you’d like to experience.

Let one thing come into your mind. Do you have it?

Now think of the path you believe you have to travel in order to get to the experience you want to have. Another way of saying this is, think of your current plan to get the thing you want.

Think of your current plan like a path, stretching out before you. Get a sense of the path in your mind, and see the thing or experience you want waiting at the end of the path.

We typically think we have to follow our plan, and make our way down the path to finally get to the thing we want, and this idea of how our good will come to us gets very ingrained in our minds. We see a big space between ourselves and the thing or experience we want to have, and we usually see one main way to go about getting it.

But let’s take a deep breath and get in receptive mode instead today.  Think of the path before you, and your beliefs about what you have to do to get to the prize at the end. NOW, reverse the direction of the path, so that you see the thing you want travelling up the path toward you.

See the thing you want being drawn to you, and open your heart to receive it.

Now see ten more paths appear around you -- all leading toward you. You are at the center of all these paths with the thing you want to have or be or do on each one of those paths coming toward you.

You don’t have to know what those different ways are. You just have to be open to the possibilities that these different ways exist and that each one is safe and good.

There truly are so many more possibilities than we’re normally aware of. There are so very many ways for the things that are right for you to come to you, and become part of your life.

As you go through your day today, remember that you are at the center of all those paths, with the things that are right for you coming toward you in many wonderful ways that you have never even imagined, and that your life is meant to get better and better.

DAY TWO:
Cleansing to Pave the Way

Hello Beautiful Being!

I am so grateful for your presence in this space that we are creating together.

This week we are opening to wonderful new possibilities, and today we’ll do some cleansing to pave the way.

As we go through life, we pick up other peoples’ energies and thoughts that don’t serve us. We also carry our own old ideas and beliefs that don’t fit who we are today.

So right now we’re going to cleanse our own energy and fill ourselves with the pure life force energy that’s unique to each one of us. Begin by imagining that you’re standing in a shower of sparkling light energy that’s flowing down on to and inside your body.

Feel the sparkling light energy flow down into your head, into your shoulders, and down your spine. Feel it all flowing throughout your body.

Take a moment to really notice how this sparkling light energy feels as flows down around you, and all throughout your body. Feel it cleansing, and purifying, and bringing you back into a state of balance and wholeness within yourself.

As this sparkling light energy flows, feel it releasing and dissolving any unwanted energy; any old beliefs; and anything that doesn’t fit your unique authentic self.

Now do a kind of internal scan. Use your intuition to sense if there’s any particular spot within your body where you feel energy that doesn’t feel quite right. You might imagine it as a dark spot in your beautiful sparkling energy field.

Now imagine that you have a sprayer in your hand, just like a hand-held shower attachment. Use this sprayer to direct sparkling light energy into any part of your body that you’d like.

Move it up and down your body, spraying and dissolving away old energy, and energy that doesn’t belong to you. Spray away limiting beliefs and self-doubts. Spray away anything that’s holding you back from being your best, most expanded self.

Continue to spray all throughout your body, and as you do, know that the sparkling energy you are bringing in is perfectly attuned to who you are and who you’re meant to be.

Bring in more and more beautiful sparkling full energy until it completely fills your being. Now stop for a moment and get a sense of yourself in this beautiful, clean, pure state.

Ground yourself down into the loving energy of the Earth, and feel yourself centered, balanced, and radiant.

See the day before you stretched out like a beautiful landscape, glittering with wonderful new ideas, inspirations, and opportunities. Know that you are an important part of this landscape, and that you bring to this day a wealth of possibilities through your own shining presence.

I am sending you love, and seeing you actively loving yourself today. Have an amazing day filled with sparkling energy and fresh possibility!

DAY THREE:
Invite in a Spiritual Ally

Hello Beautiful Being!

As you move through this week of opening to new possibilities, let’s take a moment today to look at the reason we tend to be open to so few possibilities.

Why do we focus on a limited view of what’s possible? Because it feels safe! Needing to feel safe is a HUGE drive for all of us, whether we’re aware of it or not.

In order to truly open to new possibilities, you need to feel that it’s safe, and today is the perfect time to invite in a Spiritual Ally to support you on your journey to new potentials.

I’ll guide you through this process, and if you like, you can substitute a Guardian you intuitively sense or prefer. Start by taking in a nice fresh breath, bringing yourself back to the clear sparkling state you experienced yesterday.

Ask that there be Angels in the four corners of the room or space you are in, and allow yourself to feel safe and uplifted by their presence. Remember all the paths leading toward you, symbolizing so many ways that your good can come into your life, and as you do, see or sense a spiritual Ally appear before you.

If you don’t get an immediate sense of an Ally, then join with me in welcoming a Guardian Unicorn to be your Ally in welcoming new possibilities. Sense your Ally before you, and open to receive Its energy and wisdom.

Think of the possibilities you’ve experienced up to now in your life, and ask your Ally to help you open to all the possibilities that are for your highest good right now.

Set an intention that you will be aware of more and more of the opportunities and new experiences that are right for you, and ask your Ally to support you.

Keep your Ally in your awareness all day today. Whenever you get a chance, remind yourself of Its presence, and connect with its uplifting energy. Remember your intention to attract only the opportunities that are truly right for you.

Go out and have a wonderful day, knowing that your Ally is at your side, joining with you to create expansion in beautiful, safe ways!

DAY FOUR:
The Energy of New Possibilities

Hello Beautiful Being!

Take a moment to feel and appreciate the renewed energy flowing into this brand-new, fresh day.

Today we will begin to make friends with the actual energy of New Possibilities, and to begin, take a nice deep breath. As you exhale, ground yourself down into the Earth’s embrace. Feel yourself centered and balanced, and fully in your body.

Now in your mind’s eye, see a tiny bright spark appear in the air before you, and watch as it begins to sparkle and radiate a shimmering light. This is the energy of New Possibilities, and as you watch it, it expands to fill the room or space around you. Feel yourself energized and awakened by this bright spark, and as you do, check in and notice what you feel in your body.

Continue to notice how you feel as you connect to this energy.

Do you feel safe? If so, then thank this energy for its presence, and continue creating an ongoing relationship with it.

If you don’t feel safe, then call on the spiritual Ally you invited forth yesterday, and ask It to serve as a bridge, creating a safe space for you to get to know the energy of New Possibilities in a way that feels safe.

Anchor in the positive feelings you experience within this energy field of New Possibilities, and if it feels right, set an intention to carry this energy with you into your day.

As you carry this energy, you bring it into every situation you encounter, becoming an agent of positive change and expansion everywhere you go.

Remember that your Ally is with you, and that I am also sending you love as you create a magical new day!

DAY FIVE:
Create a Space in Your Heart

 Hello Beautiful Being!

Every day this week we’ve been opening ourselves to new possibilities and new potentials, so that we can more easily connect with and attract the things that are right for us.

Today, with the help of your Spiritual Ally, we’ll create a space in your heart in which to welcome new possibilities.

Remember that new possibilities involve change of some kind, so tune in to your attitudes toward change today.

If there are places in your life that make you feel stuck, it may seem that the people or situations involved will never change. But in my lifetime, I’ve seen people and situations change (for the better) in ways I never expected.

So with that in mind, focus on your heart right now, and make a warm a space there for new possibilities, possibilities that bring lasting, positive change.

Feel the supportive energy of your Ally at your side, and feel the balancing and centering effect of this new space in your heart.

Breathe into the warmth of this space, and feel the energy of new possibilities expanding within you, spreading out all around you, and supporting you in being you who are truly meant to be.

As you go through your day, remind yourself of this space in your heart, and allow it to uplift you and empower you. Feel yourself at one in your heart with the energy of new possibilities, and go forward into your day with a warm feeling inside.

Wonderful New Possibilities

Hello Beautiful Being!

Thank you for the unique energy you bring to the world!

As you start a brand-new day, remember to allow in the unexpected and the magical.

All throughout this day, repeat this phrase to yourself: Wonderful new possibilities.

If you were to say, “I am open to wonderful new possibilities,” you might encounter some internal resistance, so just say, “Wonderful new possibilities,” and feel the energy of it.

You can say it several times with me now, if you like:

When you go to bed tonight, remember the presence of your Ally in the room with you, and drift off to sleep repeating our phrase: Wonderful new possibilities.

DAY SEVEN:
A New Garden of Possibilities

 Hello Beautiful Being!

This is the final day of our week dedicated to opening to new possibilities.

Go within now and fill yourself with the beautiful sparkling light energy we worked with on Day Two.

With every breath you take, bring more in and more of that beautiful sparkling energy until it completely feels your being.

Stop for a moment and get a sense of yourself in this beautiful, clean, pure state, and as you do, imagine that you are in a beautiful garden; a small garden with high stone walls all around it. And as you imagine yourself in this garden, look around you, and notice what you see growing all around you.

Now see yourself walking around and exploring this garden. Walk all the way around inside these four walls that make up your garden, taking in what you see.

The garden within these walls represents the possibilities you’re currently allowing yourself to experience. Whatever you see within these four walls (your personal garden of possibilities) represents the potential that you are currently allowing. But you could have so much more!

Look around your garden now, and see these four walls begin to dissolve. See them becoming more and more invisible, until there are no more walls surrounding your garden.

Now as you look out all around you in every direction, see a beautiful landscape; a beautiful garden of possibilities, spread out in every direction as far as the eye can see.

See it as beautiful, vibrant, and alive, filled with every color, and vibrating with beautiful positive life force energy.

The longer you stand and look around you in every direction as far as the eye can see, the more  things that you notice; so many more things that you had within the walls of your small garden.

Allow yourself to venture out and walk through all the beautiful things that you see outside the old walls. Just choose one direction and walk. And as you choose that direction, know that any moment, you can choose a new direction.

You are free to try out all the possibilities that exist. You’re free to see if you like them, and you’re free to choose new possibilities that you think you might like. And as you do, this unlimited garden continues to grow, so that more and more possibilities are created, expanding the boundaries of your own existence; expanding what is possible for you.

Stand in this place and feel that expansion within you. Stand in this unlimited garden of possibilities and feel yourself connected to the life of the Earth beneath you and to the life all around you.

Know that this sense of connection will help you to integrate the new possibilities and positive expansion that you are experiencing now. Feel yourself in this grounded space and allow yourself to embrace all the positive possibilities without needing to know what they are right now.

Know that as you expand your being to allow them, they will come to you one by one. Each new possibility will unfold itself in a beautiful way.

And as it does, your life will continue to become more and more beautiful, and more and more of a reflection of who you are and what you love.

Take in a deep breath as you look around at this beautiful space of possibilities and know that you can come back here in your mind as often as you like, breathing in the possibilities and expanding yourself.

Now as you take another breath, come completely back into waking consciousness, and if it feels right you, set an intention to continue opening yourself to new possibilities every day, and remember that I am sending you love!
