Intuitive, Messenger of Light, Ascension Artist and Reiki Master Teacher Diana Henderson is the author of the novel, Grandfather Poplar (available as an e-book on Amazon) and of the upcoming nonfiction book, Kindred of the Crystal Kingdom, which will contain her uplifting ascension art as well as wisdom aligned with the mineral spirits. Diana serves as a bridge to the beautiful beings of Nature as well as those from the Octaves of Light, who seek to help
humanity embrace the path to peace and enlightenment.
In addition to her work as a writer and speaker, Diana practices several alternative healing modalities and teaches classes in all levels of Reiki, Sacred Heart Soul Healing, a modality she birthed, Angels & Archangels, Nature Spirits, Animal and Tree Spirit Communication, Energy Cleansing, Intuition, Crystals, and more. She is the founder of the Order of Archangel Michael and A Gathering of Angels meetup group. Much of her work as a healer/teacher/messenger focuses on assisting others in opening to their gifts and enhancing their spiritual connection—hastening the journey to higher consciousness.
Here Diana shares her connection to the nature spirits in her own words: "As a child, I felt certain that the best place in my world was the forest behind my home. I loved to escape my five siblings and trek into the woods where I could tell all the truths of my soul to the trees, the stones, the birds, the brook and the wind. Along with my dog, Laddie, the creatures of nature were friends who never judged.
When one of my sisters invaded my woodland sanctum to fetch me home, I always left nature's companions reluctantly, but I returned to my family feeling more myself—somehow more at home. "Perhaps my Celtic and Cherokee ancestry contributes to my enchantment with the nature spirits; certainly my affinity with the unseen realms of Mother Earth goes back to my early life when I loved to explore and commune with nature. As a little girl growing up in
rural North Carolina, I embraced and talked with the trees and harmonized with the nature spirits as they sang sweet, melodic songs to me and through me. I collected, hugged and delighted in the magic of stones and listened to the wisdom of the wind, earth and water. I sang with the angels and lived as much as possible outside this dimension.
"Of course, like many who walk upon the Earth plane, I let that precious sense of oneness and connection atrophy as time, experience, and human teachings took the place of inner knowing. There were glimpses of Truth, but most of all there was a longing for Home.
After living in the 'real' world as long as I could manage it, I returned to my roots in adult life as I came more into my own and remembered the truth of my soul. If I ever forget who I am, I know that returning to the woods, connecting to the trees, crystals, elementals and devas, will bring me back to my spirit.
"Although I have read many books on working with the unseen realms of Mother Earth, the majority of my education has come from the Nature Spirits and Angels themselves along with the guidance of my primary spirit guide and ancestor, who was a Medicine Man in his lifetime. I am forever grateful for the education offered by those in the unseen realms."
